What do you see?
Mooney images turn an object into patches of black and white. Sometimes the object jumps out; sometimes it stays hidden. In this task, you will see an image for about two seconds, say whether you recognize it, and type what you saw.
The image bank is being prepared. You can try the task now using three simple sample shapes. Preview answers are not sent to the researcher.

Each pilot will explain what to expect and what information it collects before you choose to start. You can stop at any time. The current preview does not ask for a name, email address, or other identifying information.
These tasks use jsPsych, an open-source tool for browser experiments. Viewing times are approximate and can vary slightly between devices.
